Puhastustiim is an Estonian office cleaning company for whom I built a complete digital presence — from visual identity to a fully functioning website. The project covered UI/UX design, where I created a clean, trustworthy look that reflects the company's professionalism. The website was developed on Webflow, ensuring fast load times, a mobile-friendly experience, and easy content management for the client. Overview

Puhastustiim is a Tallinn-based cleaning and hygiene services company for whom I built a complete Webflow website — from visual identity to individual service pages. The project covered UI/UX design, copywriting, and full technical Webflow development.

The Challenge

The client had zero digital presence. They offered a wide range of services — office cleaning, equipment rental, upholstery cleaning, carpet washing, and specialist cleaning — but had nowhere for potential clients to find information, compare services, or request a quote.

The Solution

I built a structured, conversion-focused website that covers the entire customer journey — from first visit to booking.

Site structure (10+ pages):

  • Homepage — the main sales page, featuring a hero section, statistics, service overview, testimonials, and a CTA form
  • About — the company story, values (10 core values), and team statistics
  • Services overview — all services in one place
  • 5 individual service pages, each with dedicated copy, imagery, and a booking form:
    • Commercial office cleaning
    • Residential cleaning
    • Upholstery & soft furnishing cleaning
    • Carpet washing
    • Cleaning equipment rental (including a full machine catalogue with pricing)
  • Pricing — a transparent pricing page

Design

I used an orange, black, and white colour palette — giving the brand an energetic yet trustworthy character. Every service page follows the same visual language: a hero section with photography, orange accents, rounded buttons, and orange-bordered image cards — creating a consistent, professional brand experience throughout.

  • Full-screen hero sections with semi-transparent text overlays
  • High-contrast orange and black in navigation and CTA buttons
  • Rounded image frames with orange borders — repeated consistently across the site
